Parewaitai Retirement Village

The Parewaitai Village project consists of 100 villas, 50-bed care home and 33 apartments, situated in an attractive, coastal location in Papamoa. With 27 stunning villas completed and a further 22 already in construction, Parewaitai Village is progressing well with the now established village community.

Master planned and designed by Foley Group Architects, this retirement community was originally conceived by Kensway’s founder Peter Angus. Since its commencement in early 2020, the project is being delivered by the current members of Kensway Consultants in ongoing partnership with Classic Builders.
