Kerikeri Retirement Village Apartments

Kerikeri Retirement Village is a staged, premium aged care development consisting of:

• A Care Home,
• Community Centre,
• Apartments and Villas – a new concept of the existing facility moving away from traditional villas to apartments.

This included a first stage development of 31 apartments over two levels constructed of precast concrete panel and composite flooring.

Kensway worked with the client from early feasibility stages through design management, contractor procurement and project delivery, successfully leading the project to its completion.
