The ICU Extension project created 6 additional beds adjacent to the operational existing ICU. Kensway was the Project Manager leading the design, procurement, construction, and project closure stages.
Careful consideration had to be made in the planning and design phase, and construction to ensure minimal disruption to Hospital Services, staff and patients.
